The User authorizes AISerNet to:

• 1. Carry out the processing of your personal data in the terms of the General Policy for the Processing of Personal Data of “The Companies”.
• 2. The processing, collection, storage, use, circulation, deletion, updating, transmission and/or national and international transfer of the data provided, even to countries that do not guarantee the same level of protection than Law 1581 of 2012.
• 3. The following purposes when it comes to Institutions Providing the Medical Assistance Service (IPS): (i) comply with health obligations; (ii) guide you in medical treatments, nutrition and psychology, therapies and quality of life; (iii) monitor adherence to their treatment; (iv) provide training and/or education for your treatment; (v) provide advice on the application of medications; (vi) give medication at home
