At SONDIMED, we believe that health is the most valuable thing we have. For this reason, we have created a remote vital signs monitoring service that allows you to take care of your health in an easy and simple way so that you can take care of yourself and your loved ones.

SONDIMED Monitoring Service: Our solution allows you to monitor your vital signs remotely and continues measuring different parameters such as blood pressure, heart rate, ECG, oximetry, temperature, glucometry, cholesterol, triglycerides, lactate and ketones in blood, uric acid and sleep rhythm.

Access for 2 caregivers: allows you to share important information with them and receive alerts in case you need urgent medical attention. Additionally, caregivers will be able to see your geographic location in real time using Google Maps. To register a person as your caregiver, you need to provide their personal information (name, phone number and email). Once you have registered a caregiver, they will receive a notification via email, text message and WhatsApp to confirm their assignment. The caregiver will have 24 hours to register on the platform and approve being your caregiver. Once the caregiver has been approved, they will have access to their own app platform to view the online records of the person they are caring for. A caregiver can have one or more people in their care.

License to connect up to 3 devices (Android, iOS): allows you to activate the license and take control of it. You will only have to configure it the first time, connect your smartwatch and from that moment, the App will work autonomously to monitor vital signs.

alert system will notify you in real time in case of anomalies in your vital signs. The alerts have a priority scale, with a yellow alert being presented first that you can cancel if you wish. If the parameters go beyond the safety threshold (red alert), the system will issue an audible alert again and give you 10 seconds to respond. In the event that there is no action on the part of the user, SONDIMED will automatically communicate with your caregivers and your doctor via text message and/or WhatsApp, sending them information about your last measurement and your exact location, so that they can intervene quickly.

In order to use our SONDIMED system optimally and effectively, it is necessary to meet a fundamental requirement: have a device that is approved with our platform. This requirement ensures that the device is compatible and can interact seamlessly with all the functionalities of our system, thus allowing a fluid and efficient user experience. Therefore, before you start using SONDIMED, please make sure you have an approved device to ensure a smooth integration.
